Yutaka Kanzaki, a wine critic whose opinions influence the global market, has passed away, leaving behind a wine collection worth over 2 billion yen. The pinnacle of this collection is the most extraordinary bottle known as “The Drops of God.” Only those who can identify the names and vintages of the 12 wines he selected, known as the “Apostles,” as well as “The Drops of God,” will inherit his estate. His biological son, Shizuku, and his adopted son, Issei, now face off in the battle of the “Apostles”!

Tadashi Agi (Author of “The Drops of God”) is a manga story creator. The name is a joint pseudonym used by a brother-sister duo. After writing Psycho Doctor, Psycho Doctor Kai Kyosuke, The Drops of God, and Lupin the Phantom Thief in Morning magazine, they began the serialization of Mariage: The Final Chapter of the Drops of God in 2015. In 2008, they became the first Japanese recipient of the highest honor, the “Hall of Fame,” at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards. In 2010, they were awarded the Chevalier of the French Order of Agricultural Merit, and in 2018, the Chevalier of the Order of Arts and Letters of France, among many other accolades.
